Sorry for our fault , after checking we found our QC negligence was the cause of this accident ,

We had received 4 pcs of your returning garments ,and found 3 pcs of them were showing slubs and flaws ,that can be trimmed . we will pay the trimming cost ..

And one of them was draw yarn at sleeve ,we can fill yarn up by the repairing worker ..can you return us the garments which was showing draw yarn or broken yarn to repair .

We apologized and promised that would not happen again in future

by now you would've received a package from us returning some bulk garments from stock received.
We're not happy that the bulk passed your QC inspection based on the following that was clearly showing slubs and flaws when it arrived. We trust your QC to be thorough, and we were surprised to see something like this happen with SB who are known for good quality product.
the following had to be done in order to send the garments to stores -
the following bulk styles have slubs & flaws evident:
801 – Pant 130
802– Jacket 176
803– Skirt 30
It has been requested to have garments 100% quality controlled.
Slubs will be trimmed & garments with flaws will be removed.
It has cost us to trim the garments with flaws before sending it out. Please note that we will be passing on the cost of fixing this, and deduct it from SB invoice accordingly.
