而且它不是用走SHOW的形式来发布衣服
而且量也不大
但是觉得满实在的
所以就发上来了

DANDY and British heritage are two of the biggest trends to come out of this week's run of shows in Milan, and ex-Ralph Lauren, -Calvin Klein and -Gucci designer Clare Waight Keller had them just right for her first Pringle of Scotland menswear collection. Shiny, flopsy hair fell into the eyes of tweed trouser-clad young lairds who seemed to have flown straight in from their Scottish highland estates to show off the latest cashmere knits and striped scarves from the veteran label. Velvet suits of bottle green, peat brown and nutmeg were perfect for holding court from the fireplace, while bubble-knit sweaters had high turtlenecks to keep out the cold while rowing on the loch in the morning. Despite the gentlemanly mood, Pringle gives the traditional looks a modern take with slim tailoring and easy elegance - even the velvet slippers failed to make it sleepy. Understated, old school appeal is just the right game plan for a British label to take on the big boys in Milan. (January 17 2005, PM)

TO the sound of a thousand chiming clocks, and on a magnificent set reminiscent of Casa Ponteleone from Luchino Visconti's The Leopard, Japanese war-lords in evening attire take to the floor; (as do fashion editors and various Italian starlets, who are all part of the proceedings). Black fine striped kimono-inspired tuxedos with lacquer red shirts and Shogun-style hairdos are the order of the day at the house of Roberto Cavalli. Modernity was injected into the collection by juxtapositioning a myriad of textures and technique. Pencil thin biker pants with tooled or latticed panels were teamed with slim tailored woven tonics, in oriental patterns of faded violet and blue. As if that wasn't too rock and roll, they then came jewel-encrusted and over-embroidered with Japanese motifs or the ubiquitous Cavalli snake. Washed leather fitted coats, trimmed with shaved mink and fox, had pockets which echoed the huge oversized and ornately chiselled polished leather travelling bags. Cavalli left his trademark denims in the wings for this act, while sophistication and luxury were the order of the day. And no performance would be complete without its heroine to play out the final scene. Enter Victoria Beckham, resplendent in a floor-length white georgette evening gown with fan-detailed décolletage and jewelled fan motif. Opulence is what we come to expect from Cavalli, and once again he didn't disappoint. (January 16 2006, PM)
