- Familiar with industrial process of garment making
- Master pattern making and corrections in ladies: Women + knit
- Have an experience with size spec elaboration and grading
- Have a strong problem-solving ability and experience
- Have a experience with European brands standards, mainly for women basic computer skill with current word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Effective communication with factory and production managers in PRC
