Note: According to the 2018 SF Annual Report, SF has 291,400 couriers approximately.

"2019 SF Uniform Design Contest" by SF Express will be kicked off on June 1, 2019, and will be opened to all fashion designers, fashion school students and teachers, and those who are interested in fashion design from all over the world, with this great opportunity to design a new uniform for over 300,000 couriers worldwide, and every street and roads will be turning into the catwalk stage for your uniform design. 

Fashion designers, fashion students and teachers, and anyone who is interested in fashion design.

Entry period: June 1, 2019 - August 2, 2019 (Deadline) 

Preliminary assessment by expert and public voting: August 5, 2019 - August 16, 2019

Nomination announcement: September 2, 2019

Award announcement: September 6, 2019

All cash prizes are pre-tax, with individual income tax to be deducted by the sponsor. 

For entry and submission, the applicant must apply online and submit his or her design on EEFF.NET (sf.eeff.net) SF Express contest page to obtain a unique reference No. It is recommended that the applicant shall keep a copy of his or her design, as the submitted design will not be returned. 

Design style

All entries require to submit a full set of SF courier’s uniforms, which shall include designs of a short-sleeved top, shorts, a pair of trousers, a sweater, a jacket and a winter coat. 

a)All entries must be unpublished and designed by the applicant. 

b)All entries shall be submitted online in A3 size (297mm×420mm), JPEG format, and include a design drawing, a production drawing, a process description, etc.

c)If any applicant is found to have made multiple entries with the same design, or submitted an exisiting design, or plagiarized other's work, the sponsor has the right to disqualify the applicant and hold the applicant fully liable. 

All uniform designs for this contest shall be gender neutral. 

The design shall take into full consideration the actual work scenes and demands of SF couriers, for example, breathability and durability of fabrics, and reflective stripes on the back and the side. Slim-fit design might be considered where appropriate. 

For color palette, the brand color of the sponsor shall be adopted without compromising the young and energetic dressing style. 

The sponsor has the right to display and publicize all submissions of the Contest. 

The applicant agrees that once his or her submission is shortlisted, SF will sign a design result transfer agreement with the applicant and award the applicant accordingly based on the ranking. 

The applicant agrees that the permit to use SF's logo (including logo, text, image and other VIs) given by the sponsor, and is only limited to the submitted entry only, and must not be used for purposes other than the Contest submission without the consent from the sponsor.
