随着加入世贸组织和综合国力的增强，我国服装行业面临着机遇和挑战。如何扭转服装行业中存在“中国制造”的尴尬局面，使我国服装行业屹立于世界服装强国中，是我国服装行业发展的目标。
China's garment industry along with increasing the comprehensive national strength and being a member of World Trade Organization (WTO) is faced with both large opportunities and new challenges. Our goal is to reverse the existence of "Made in China" embarrassing situation, makes our garment industry stand strong in the apparel world.


根据我国当前服装行业自身发展情况，结合当下社会形势，我国**进行了一系列大刀阔斧改革，通过对服装行业的结构调整和优化，来改变中国服装行业的现状。同时，我们还应该借鉴别国发展的成功经验。例如韩国的“韩流”效应成功的带动了韩国服装行业的发展，由一部韩剧，一首韩语歌曲竟能带来如此庞大的消费市场，利用文化产业带动服装行业的发展值得我们深思。
According to the current developments in the apparel industry itself, combined with the current social situation,

a Korean song could bring such a large consumer market, so we should think deeply whether use the cultural industry the development to lead apparel industry.

韩国作为“亚洲四小龙”之一，从上世纪60年代开始，以低劳动力的成本优势进行生产，发展至上世纪90年代中期，由内需转为出口导向、发展创新、高附加价值及自我品牌产品生产时期。这也是韩国服装产业在面对来自以中国为代表的亚洲等国竞争后的产业调整。通过强化高附加价值产品，实施差异化策略，以质量、技术及价格取胜，使得韩国服装业发展虽然放慢脚步但依旧占领重要地位。

二 中国服装行业存在的问题

1 加工型企业多，没有自己的品牌。

2 劳动密集型的企业竞争优势不在

受人民币升值，全球经济疲软的影响，我国劳动力成本和原料价格逐渐提高，许多中小型加工企业倒闭，劳动密集型企业的已经不适合当前服装行业的发展潮流。

三 韩国服装业发展值得借鉴的地方

我国服装行业在发展的过程中还是存在很多问题，有些地方值得向韩国借鉴：

1通过宣传中国文化带动我国服装行业的发展。

不得不承认，“韩流”对我国，乃至整个世界的影响都是十分强烈的，人们在疯狂追星的同时，也希望想明星一样穿着。于是，韩国服装业迅猛发展并且迅速占领大片市场。因此，对于如何开发中国自身文化，是一个很关键的问题，值得我们认真研究，并且找到解决方法。

我们没有世界名牌，虽然有些品牌也在国外销售，但无论从价位还是销售情况上看都不理想。而韩国服装品牌生命力很强，很多品牌在世界上都有销售，例如，依恋，百家好，on&on等品牌，在我国更是销量惊人。

4服装特点要明确，而不是一味的模仿欧美、日韩的服装款式色彩；要把中国符号运用到服装当中，做到与世界流行和二为一。

目前，我国服装特点缺乏自己的特色，没有整体风格，而韩国服装特点总结起来就两个字“混搭”.

5 细分消费市场和生产环节

韩国的服装生产同产采用两种办法，一是进口面料到劳动力低廉的国家进行加工，再对外出口；另一种就是进口或选择本国面料在本国进行生产加工，这一类服装通属于高级服装，是韩国敲开世界高级服装的敲门砖。我国现在劳动力成本也是逐年提高，尤其是沿海地区，因此，我国应该考虑将劳动密集型的加工企业放到内陆，而在较发达的沿海城市加大力度进行品牌建设和科技投入。
