Rules and Regulations:
1.Participants: the competition is international and open to designers at home and abroad, including individual or studio designers, colleges and universities teachers and graduates with the major of design),with no limits to nationality.
2.Entry requirement: Applicants are required to have won international or domestic famous design and creative competition awards; established their own brands or studios, participated in well-known professional exhibitions and events at home and abroad; their companies and brands belong to the top 100 enterprises in the apparel industry; participated in the domestic or international fashion show as the creator; Those who meet one of the following conditions can register for the competition. For specific standards, please contact the Organizing Committee by email.
3.Up to one designer for one collection.

Note: all the bonuses above are before tax, and the Organizing Committee will pay the tax.
Key dates and timing of the contest
1.Deadline for registration and submission of designs: At 24:00 on August 11th, 2019
(Applicants are to register online through the “China Textile City Cup” (website: kqqfc.eeff.net), fill in the information as required and upload the entry picture, entry form and real and valid personal identification information, and obtain the unique entry number.)
2.Work Receiving Email: gfdec2019@126.com
3.Pre-select the designs: August 12th
4.A professional jury will pre-select the designs that will enter the next stage of the contest: actual creation and dressmaking.
5.Final Contest and Ceremony: September 27th
Requirements
1.A collection of 4 outfits ( spring/summer, men’s or women’s wear) based on the theme;
2.Need to submit: design sketch, style drawing, registration form.
3.Copyright of the design draft of the entries belongs to the Organizing Committee of the Competition.
4.Outfits size for men’s wear: 185/96y, women’s wear: 178/84y.
5.In addition to 4 sets of entries, the finalists will also be able to carry 2-3 sets of individual works to the exhibition for promotion.
Works’ intellectual property rights and protection
1. For anyone using works of plagiarizing or counterfeiting others’, publishing the joint works in their single name without the cooperators’ permission, will be disqualified for the contest and they must bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
2. The participants have the rights related to contest works. Of all the short-listed works and awarded works, the intellectual property and related rights belong to the organizer of the contest.
Others
1. Round-trip tickets (economic class), and 3-night accommodation for one person in Shaoxing Keqiao for the designer and the local transportation is charged by the organizer.
2. The collections of the winners (gold, silver and bronze) will be collected by the organizer.
